Q) How do I reserve a session?
Please email or call us to get in touch with us here. We handle bookings by telephone and email. You can also fill out a contact form and have us call you.
Q) Do you do cake smashes for children?
Yes we do, you bring the cake and balloons. We have a few bakeries we recommend.
Q) Do you offer discounts?
We have specials all year round at various times. Please signup for our newsletter so you are informed when we have specials.
Q) How should I pay you?
To book your session, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder of the payment is due right after the session gets over. We accept payment through Venmo, Zelle or cash.
Q) What happens if I have to reschedule?
We all have stuff happening in our lives and I respect that, so I allow a one-time rescheduling without any charge. However, if we reschedule more than once, you will have to pay the booking fee again.
Q) How many photos do I receive after my session?
This depends on the package you purchased. After your session, you will receive an email with a link to your own personal digital image gallery when your photos are ready. Please make sure to save all the photos to your own computer or flash drive, as the gallery will only be open for 30 days.
Q) When will I receive the my photos?
Our turnaround for delivering photos is within 2-3 weeks. We promise it will be worth the wait! However, we do express delivery for an additional cost.
Q) Can I have the raw (unedited) photos?
We don't send out raw images.
Q) What if I need to reschedule my session?
If a schedule conflict arises, let me know ASAP. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please note that rescheduling your session within 48 hours of your start time will result in a forfeiture of the original deposit and a new deposit will be required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Q) Is hair/makeup included?
It is not but we have a few recommends.
Q) Do you sell presets?
No. My presets are what make my photos unique. They are my style, so I will absolutely never sell them.
